Refund Policy

We have a NO return policy, which means you are unable to do any returns.

1. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order (shipping customers), we are able to accept cancellations before the order has been dispatched IF it has not been processed & in making already. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

If you placed an order and an email/text was sent out stating order is ready we will not be refunding ANY amount nor exchanging any products. Orders are packaged and made specifically to your order. Orders CANNOT be cancelled once they have already started being made as products are handmade specifically for your order. 

2. Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
